Social Media Management

Where we manage social channels on your behalf, you connect your own accounts to our scheduling system. The following applies to that arrangement.

By connecting an account, you confirm that:

• You own the account, or are authorised by its owner to grant access and to publish on its behalf
• You have the rights to any material you supply for publication, including images, video, logos, and anything featuring identifiable people
• The content you approve does not breach the terms or community standards of the platform it is published to

For our part:

• We publish only content you have approved, on the schedule we agree
• We use the access you grant solely to run your channels, and never for our own marketing or anyone else's
• You can revoke our access at any time, from the platform's own settings or by asking us. We delete stored tokens and cached platform data when access is revoked or our work together ends

Two things we cannot control, and do not warrant. The platforms set their own rules and change them without notice, so a feature that works today may be restricted or withdrawn, and an account may be limited or suspended by the platform for reasons outside our control. Reach and engagement are determined by each platform's own ranking systems, so we do not guarantee any particular audience, impression count, or rate of growth.

Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. Blue Monkey Makes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Blue Monkey Makes be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
