  • A confirmation email to you acknowledging we received your message
  • An internal notification to our team so we can respond promptly

Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering these transactional messages. Resend does not use your information for any other purpose. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

  • Twenty CRM — a self-hosted, open-source CRM used to manage contact information and project enquiries. Your data stays on our own servers.
  • Resend — email delivery service for transactional emails (confirmations and internal notifications only).
  • Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. No personally identifiable information is collected. Plausible is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring cookie consent.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Our analytics solution (Plausible) does not use cookies and does not track individual users.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our CRM for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship with you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
